Inconsistent customer service from support staff
“I don't feel her assistant or the receptionists are professional and really care about my case. I never received any reminders regarding renewal of the work permit or the medical exam until I asked my lawyer.”

“Very disappointing. We had an appointment at 9:00AM. 20 min before that they called and postponed it to 9:30 AM. We've been waiting for one hour till 10:30 AM but Jennifer did not show up. They do not value people's time.”
