Aggressive call center tactics
“I submitted an inquiry and subsequently received many many phone calls from an offshore call center. Most of the time when I answered it was a recording asking me to call them back at a different number.”

Inconsistent client experience
“One time it was a real person, I asked him to call me back in an hour and he never did. I have received at least 5 voice mails from different foreign individuals. Very strange and annoying methods.”
