Pros
1
Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys who provide excellent legal advice and representation
“They have help me and my business on numerous occasions on many types of different employment law advice, lawsuits and many other facets of running my own company. I have found them to be consummate professionals and experts at the advice that they dispense.”
2
Responsive and communicative with clients
“Another very important aspect is communication. They are excellent in responding to questions and concerns.”
3
Diligent and work hard to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
“They work diligently for both sides of the employment spectrum. I am a company owner but I have been present when they are working just as hard to defend an employee of some company who has had something not right happen in their employment.”
4
Highly respected among peers
“This is a thriving practice, a little hard to find so I have included photos. But you will not go wrong trusting your employment case with this firm. They are well respected among their peers.”
Cons
1
Some clients have experienced poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from certain staff members
“When speaking to Katie the scheduler, she was very condescending and passive aggressive in her tone with me. If she is the first impression of the law firm, imagine what kind of service I would get with the lawyers. Highly unrecommend this firm, look elsewhere!”
2
Lack of responsiveness and follow-through for some potential clients
“I've called this firm and got nothing back. Now I see why a defense attorney on the side of the employer's referred me to them. Google rating said it all. If they handle their phone calls with low priority how are they going to treat anyone when they have a case. Red flags all over the place.”
3
Some attorneys may not thoroughly prepare or review client documents prior to consultations
“The attorney had read through exactly zero lines of the documents I provided two weeks in advance. Why ask me to provide sensitive legal documents pertaining to a complicated scenario if no one is going to read them?”
