Paid him $500 to set up my S-Corp. Found out during tax season, I forgot to sign a document that he needed to submit to the IRS. He never submitted it to the IRS because it was never signed. He is unwilling to resolve the issue and now I have to pay my CPA to fix his mistake. I have referred him business then get treated this way is very unprofessional, and is very sad.

Worse experience with a lawyer ever, and I’ve dealt with some bad ones.I spent 650 for a llc that was useless for a business account I asked him to fix it, Trevor tried to charge me a false fee, of 150, plus 50 for his time. For thinking I needed amendment, and all I needed was a correction certificate that costed me 15 dollars. I took care or everything myself, he is not helpful at all .I refused to pay that amount because I knew something was off, Then he blocked me. Not knowledgeable and he’s just trying to make a quick buck
