I have used Jim for Firearms Trusts as well as our Family Trust, I would HIGHLY recommend him. Because of having a couple deaths in our family the past couple years we meet with other attorneys that did the estate planning of the deceased family members. The trusts they provided were very lacking to say the least and has cost my mother in law thousands because of it. Jim was extremely thorough, the estate plan is top notch and I know that when my heirs need it he will be there to help. Once again Jim, Thank you!!!

Very poor service by this law firm! I cannot recommend the attorney and the law firm. They would not respond to requests to show my family the accounting as they were settling my mother's estate. They took the large majority of the cash settlement of the estate. If you use this law firm, get it in writing if they will give you an accounting along the way for their cost and/or what they charge for things like they charged us when they made a mistake but my family was required to cover the loss.
