Very quick and efficient. Took his time to explain gun trusts and how they work. In the end I'm glad I went with him and felt it was worth the money.

He was knowledgeable about the laws surrounding NFA item's he explained everything important on a way I could clearly understand for that I was greatful. I chose to have James Alder set up my family NFA gun trust, and he exceeded all my expectations by a mile. He is very knowledgeable of all things regarding NFA gun trusts, and especially regarding being a Utah resident and how Utah firearms laws apply. I can't recommend enough choosing James for this purpose. Yes you can go cheap and purchase one of the online "cookie cutter" NFA gun trust options to spend less money, however those are not custom tailored to your specific situation and will likely not cover all your bases, and that is exactly what James will do for you. What James charges for this service is VERY fair for what you get, and honestly when it comes to federal firearms laws, in my opinion that is NOT a corner you want to cut. Running afoul of BATFE can ruin your life and your family's life. Don't take the chance. James provided me all the information I could ever want on this topic and then some, and he is also available for future questions and changes to the trust, if necessary, something else you won't get with an online trust option. Extremely pleased with this service!

I contacted Jim with questions about putting together an NFA trust. He answered all my questions leaving no important detail out. I decided to go ahead and have him put it together for me. He got it done in a night and walked me through everything in it and answered all my questions as we did. The trust was a bit pricey but, then again, what lawyer related work isn't? But to be honest, the quality of service I got made the price more than worth it. The Alder Law Group knows what they're doing and I highly recommend them for all of your trust related needs.
