My decision to hire Isabel to represent me for my asylum case was purely based off the reviews she got on Google and I am incredibly happy with that decision. I have yet to actually start officially working with Isabel’s law firm (still waiting on a response from USCIS to continue the process) but she and Aly have been available and have answered all the questions I could have. The person I worked with to complete the first portion of my process was always very short with me, and did not make me feel comfortable making any kind of question. Isabel and Aly have been very easy to communicate with and I know it will continue being a positive experience when I finally get to work with them. Fingers crossed for January😭❤️

Having friends go through the similar process and seeing the issues that they had with their lawyers, I took a lot of time to research and choose the right law office. The reviews of the Isabel Cueva's law office were amazing and ultimately the decision point. The staff was well-versed and very knowledgeable over the subject. Ultimately, the process was extremely smooth and no corrections were asked by USCIS. We had to change our address and the staff was quick to request the change with USCIS. Lastly, my wife and I appreciated the preparation interview and Isabel's thoroughness up to the time of interview with Immigration Officer. Bottomline, the law office of Isabel Cueva is highly recommendable and the price is around market rate. It's worth the quality! I have several friends that had errors that took months of wasteful time to correct. In addition, others that didn't educate friends well enough in terms of the ability to receive a travel request (advanced parole). Communication/Customer Service (100%) + No entry errors (100%) + work flow time (100) +Education on process (100%) = 100% performance
