Very professional and kind to both me and my family every time we came in. My only complaint would be that I felt she didn't trust me to handle the funds disbursed and I felt she kept pressuring a structured settlement when I really didn't feel that was the best option for me.

I was very pleased with the way that Nancy handled my case. She was always very patient with me and all my many questions. If she didn't know an answer, she always took it upon herself to ask someone else in the office until she got me an answer.

Nancy and Lori were very excellent to deal with. They were compassionate with my case. Very knowledgeable about my case and would answer any questions anytime or would get back with me within a reasonable amount of time if they did not have the answer right away.
