Quick response, poor follow through from their junior staff.

They left my case because is "to hard"

I had mark Talley and Jared as my attorney's for a little while. I had ask them to look into when It was that I had injured myself as I wasn't for sure the date but the specifics would be on my employers transcript. He told me that it didn't matter when, just that it happened on the job was enough. Mark never told the opposing counsel that I had more then one disc that was injured. I told him several times to let them know and nothing was done. So when I told him I didn't feel like he was doing his job he started arguing with me like a 12 year old. They where said that they could not take me as a client anymore because of "outburst" that they just don't deal with. Which in all truth I just told them that I didn't feel like they where doing their job. It seemed that they were just trying to get fast money as they heard that opposing counsel had offered 15,000 n it would be at least 6 months before we could go to trial and they said that's longer then normal. I'm glad they dropped me. Since then I had to get back surgery and I also need another back surgery in 15 to 20 years the doctor had said. These guys are definitely just looking for a quick dollar. They care nothing about the people that are actually affected by their injuries at work. The new attorney I got, head law. Has definitely helped me out alot more. I'm about to get my settlement now and it's over 3 times the amount that mark Talley and Jared had tried to get me to take. Please do a little more research before picking these guys!
