After 22 years of dealing with Workers Comp of Ut, they decided they would try to deny me further treatment. Roberto was great at signing us up and quick to call back at first. However we never met or spoke with the actual lawyer. As the case went on the check amounts changed and the times as well so we wondered where the monthly check was this month. Roberto stopped communication last month and then eventually told us (after almost a month) yesterday that we were no longer being paid as the claim closed. We never were told anything thing 30,60,90 days in advance! The fact they did not let us know the claims was over and not communicating after asking repeatedly for info is why I’m leaving my single star. You did drop the ball Davis and Sanchez.
