My experience with Just Law could not have gone more smoothly. I contacted them about changing my legal name and gender marker to a neutral “X” and Jessica Couser took my case. She reassured me that I would not be the first person she helped get a neutral gender marker. She was flexible and gave me options to meet my financial needs, so I chose to fill out and file out the legal documents on my own. It took a bit longer to take this route, but Felicia and Anna were helpful to answer my questions and concerns throughout the process, and Jessica reviewed my paperwork to ensure there weren’t any issues.
