I was referred to Jessica Couser by a friend who talked wonders about her so I decided to ask my friend for her information and scheduled a consultation. off the back the staff was very friendly when I went to my consultation, when I went to speak to Jessica she was very friendly listened to all of my concerns and asked all the right questions, she never rushed me even though it was a free consultation she explained everything the whole divorce process gave me a good pricing detail and told me that if I wanted to look around to see who I felt most comfortable with but let me just say she made a very good first impression so I decided to go with her and her team. Everybody the whole staff was amazing always kept me informed of everything that was going on with my case, they answered all questions and concerns they were always available for me. on top of that Jessica kept me in the price range she had quoted me there were no unexpected fees or bills!! I am very happy with my decision and happy with the outcome. I will always go back the Jessica and recommend her to any one I know. trust me you will not be disappointed.

I was referred to Spencer Ricks by a member of my family, and I am so glad I was! Spencer was personable, professional, addressed my concerns calmly and confidently, and his demeanor really put me at ease. worst exsperience with this law firm feel i was lied to did not do anything they were hired to do

Laura was a terrible lawyer. She was hired to help me in my custody battle. She was representing me during the custody evaluation and didn't help guide me through that at all. The custody evaluation is huge when you are dealing with a custody battle. Because she dropped the ball (she didn't even take notes during the custody evaluation hearing....among other things) it messed my case up badly and I wasn't able to recover from that. I fired Laura but the dammage had been done. The attorney I hired after her wasn't able to fix the cruicial mistakes she made and I ended up signing custody of my kids to my ex. It's the worst mistake I've ever made. And I credit most of that to Laura for the terrible job she did on my case. She is lazy and won't fight for you. If you're dealing with a custody case, find another attorney. Laura is useless and will take your money and leave you worse off.

Upon first meeting with Nonie Ferguson, she was pleasant enough and seemed to want to be an advocate for me and my situation. I worked with her for a few months until she stopped responding to my emails and questions. Weeks would go by before I would hear about progress and that was done with hounding, which is ridiculous. Further, I was told up-front they work on a flat rate platform. They advertise this on their website for godsake! I was shown a form indicating the costs involved and was told out-right they DO NOT bill by the hour. The initial payment of $1,800, which was indicated on this form was paid. Then I received another bill of hours and other charges I was never told of, nor were they explained! I was flabbergasted and irate. I disputed this and they removed the charge. I proceeded with Nonie until my intuition was basically yelling at me to get a second opinion. So I did. I showed my mothers trust lawyer, who also practices family law, the current draft of the custody agreement Nonie had supposedly been working on. He laughed, and said, "This looks like she pulled this off a 'do it yourself legal help website.'" For FREE this new lawyer put together a new draft for me. He brought up issues and amendments I of course didn't even think of because I'm not a lawyer and have never had to go through this scenario in life. I could not believe how much Nonie just missed the mark entirely. I can only speak to Nonie's capabilities at this firm and not the rest. She seemingly didn't even care given her refusal to speak with me and answer my questions. In general, she simply doesn't know what she's doing. Beyong Nonie's individual qualifications, given this firms billing practices I can definitely say they were NOT honest and that speaks volumes about the way they are running this business.

Just law is absoultly the best their is when it comes to getting results! They are Very professional and work for the best results then you can recive! They will not treat you Like a lower person and will work with your situation one on one! with out them i would have been lost as a single dad! I can not express just how much they have done for me!

Jess and her team were amazing and very supportive in helping me and my family put our lives back together. From the time of the first consult to the time of finalizing everything I knew Jess was there for me and she was always fighting for my (and my family's) best interest. She is an amazing person, fantastic lawyer and a true humanitarian at heart. I can't thank Just Law and all the wonderful people there enough. They help make my family whole again.
