I recently retained Just Law. I sued my ex-wife for divorce based on irreconcilable differences. She , of course, countered with a claim which put us both into mediation, by Utah law. Just Law represented me perfectly in every way. They made suggestions without being too directive. I followed everything they suggested. They told me the fees involved and what I could expect. They were correct in every way. I cannot say too much good about my wonderful representation by Just Law. I would give them 6 stars, not 5. This is the only time I have ever retained an attorney. If you are in need of excellent representation for family law, please retain them. You will not be sorry. Bill

Amazing! I can’t even begin to explain how extremely pleased and satisfied I am with choosing Spencer and Just Law. There are no words to show my appreciation for all their hard work, dedication, experience, knowledge and compassion they have. They worked hard and tirelessly from beginning until the very end. I was always kept informed on all aspects of the case. I had numerous discussions with Spencer where he explained things clearly and in ways that I could understand. The communication was spot on. I never felt out of the loop or having received misinformation. Then the compassion…my case emotionally and mentally drained me, I felt like a person, not a case number. They truly cared about me. While in court, I was proud to see a knowledgeable, honest and prepared attorney working hard for me. Spencer knew how to properly communicate to the court my case, honestly, and the way we had discussed and prepared. For what I went through, I couldn’t have chosen a better group to have on my side. I now know firsthand the daunting, humiliating, and traumatizing experience of being a single dad fighting for child custody in Utah. With the guidance and invaluable assistance of Laura and the rest of the amazing firm at Just Law, my custody case was not only turned completely around, but was also settled above and beyond any of my expectations. Just Law worked very hard to not only ensure my rights as a father, but also the safety and protection of my child. I have two pieces of advice for anyone going through anything like what I went through; Document everything relevant to your custody case with a clinical obsessiveness - Pictures, audio, video, texts, voicemail, social media, police reports, medical records, etc. And then call Just Law. Five stars is the highest rating that Google allows, which still falls far short of their ability and performance. Your legal rights are too important to trust to anyone else.

Laura has been my attorney for two years and I have so much respect for her. I had lost all faith and trust in attorneys before I met her. Laura is respectful and to the point in court. She is smart and can see through deception. She does the right thing and she is honest. I know she cares about me as a person and a client both. In a divorce/custody battle, this comfort can be everything. In my case, Just Law has always listened to my concerns and addressed them. At one point, in mediation, the mediator told me what I was asking probably would not happen and was somewhat unrealistic. But I couldn't bring myself to agree to any terms I did not feel were in my children's best interest. Laura could see I was uncomfortable and stepped in to tell me I did not have to agree to anything I felt was wrong. And so far, what I asked to happen for the sake of my children has actually been happening. I trust everyone at Just Law that I've ever dealt with. And in my past experience with attorneys, that's not as common as it should be.

There aren't enough positive things I can say about Just Law as a whole, and our lawyer Jessica Couser in particular. We first used them a few years ago, and while most law firms wouldn't help a same-sex couple, Just Law warmly welcomed us. When our current adoption turned into a debacle, we knew Just Law were the people to ask for help. Part of our case has required Jessica to maneuver areas of the law she has never dealt with. And she's tackled these problems head on. The entire office staff has been nothing but supportive, professional, compassionate, and personable.

The entire staff at Just Law was absolutely amazing! They were there for me through every question and difficult situation while handling my case. I would highly recommend them!

We used Laura for neutral mediation. Our entire session took 2 and a half hours. She was very knowledgeable, fair, precise, and the entire team at Just Law was amazing. We were able to get the 90 day waiting waiting period for divorce in Utah waived, so from mediation to finalized divorce took THREE weeks. Laura and the team made a tough situation peaceful, and much easier to go through. Thank you!

We came in for mediation. These guys get It! Guys, they were very supportive and really took care of us! I had some reservations until I came. Very awesome! I highly recommend them. Total teamwork!

Laura has helped me with a custody issue. Incredibly stressful. It's hard trying to work full time, be a full time parent AND deal with something as stressful as a custody battle. Laura and her team have always looked out for my child's best interests and always made me feel like someone had my back in everything. She and her team are amazing people who genuinely care about you and your family and will fight for you. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.
