In recent years my parents were involved in a collision which resulted in injuries to both. Unfortunately we lost both as complications with their injuries evolved. We hired Craig Swapp immediately after the accident. Within two days, there was an associate at our door gathering more information. Our case was accepted and Craig Swapp took care of every thing from incoming bills to walking us through insurance company complications. Whenever a bill came to our house, we just sent it off to Craig. We never had to worry about anything, just tell Craig and it was handled. Craig Swapp was able to settle our case and obtained the full amount of damages owed. We would have never been able to reach the same results if we had tried to handle the matter ourselves.
