I hired Evan Mortimer of Craig Swapp & Associates for my injury claim and was very pleased with the way he handled my injury claim. He was always in touch with me regarding the progress of my claim and when it came to negotiating for me, he was persistent in getting the final settlement for me. He is an honest, caring and efficient attorney. His assistant Melanie was also on top of getting the paperwork that was needed in the claim. She was very efficient also. I used to work for CSA and my return was solely based on an accident I was in back in December. Amanda Klinkosh and Brad were awesome to work with and always quick to answer my questions and give me an update. I'm giving 5 stars to the support staff at Craig Swapp! When you have an accident and are injured and trying to recover physically and emotionally, having Robyn Erkkila on my team was irreplaceable! Her caring nature combined with her attention to detail, was the exact combination I needed! She was my go to lady for everything. If Robyn couldn't solve the problem, she found out who could and made it happen! Robyn feels like a part of the family now, after working so closely with her during one of the most scary, stressful and difficult times of my life! Robyn continued to check in with me even when my case moved onto another team and I can't express how much that meant to me! Robyn, you are a life saver. Thank you!! My last team to wrap up my case was Ryan Bolander and Julie Nielson. Although I didn't work as long with them, I was immediately impressed with their desire to keep me up to date on progress. They called when they said they would, which these days, is rare and so appreciated. Julie was compassionate and professional. What more could I ask for! Thanks Julie and Ryan!
