“I was unsure whether to hire a lawyer for the car accident my family was in last year. With all of the obstacles I faced during my recovery from my injuries, I probably would have had lasting, significant financial losses if I hadn't hired this company to represent me.”

We were involved in a car accident recently and have been dealing with Craig Swapp & Assoc to settle the medical bills and injuries sustained. They have been very professional, facilitating any questions or problems which have arisen. We have recently been dealing with Amanda, a legal assistant with CS&A, who has been so very helpful with keeping us apprised on the process. Her updates are business like, but she always adds a personal note as well which helps us to relate. We would recommend Craig Swapp & Assoc.

The start was a little rough as the attorney we started with did not seem to really hear us. We got the 'fast money' feeling although the paralegal Amanda kept pushing for us. We were reassigned to Leo Shishmanian and his paralegal Lisa Summers and they were amazing We had relocated to another state and Leo even came over to see us and ask "how can earn your business?" That customer service model in this realm is a dying art. I would highly recommend Leo and Lisa to anyone who wants someone to truly have their best interests at heart.
