Slow and unresponsive communication
“It has taken so long to get appointments then they don't even show up at appointments. I was tricked by the other reviews. They have wasted precious time and scheduling for me and I feel like I was just a number that they didn't care about.”

Billing issues and lack of value for money
“Took two months of waiting and hounding the attorney I was engaged with to actually get back some legal templates. When I did receive them, they contained the wrong information. Just got the bill...$900 for absolutely nothing in return that was useful and maybe a 30 minute consult before actually signing any engagement letter.”
