My husband and I decided to go with Lexington to fix our credit. It was a huge mistake. They charged us way more then what was told to us on the phone, then even after my husband called to cancel they still charged my card which messed with other bills. And now when I told them again to cancel I still have to pay another payment of over 130.

Very unpleasant experience. Had a strong possibility of going with Lexington but the rep on the phone was quite unprofessional, rude and would not let me get a word in whatsoever. Then told me Lexington was the only credit repair for the state of Texas for me and my friends which makes the assumption that all my friends are in TX. After he interrupted me the fourth time I just hung up!

My experience so far as for being new to this. I was helped by a wonderful person, Valencia. She answered all of my concerns. Very easy to talk to made me very comfortable. I’m in customer service too, she handled my case with ease.

The paralegal was very kind and patient with me in providing me with the information I needed. He also made some suggestions. I didn't understand a lot of the items on my report he walked me through them
And I got a better ideal of what I needed to do in-order to get my credit score higher.
