MAKE SURE YOU CHANGE YOUR CARD # WHEN YOU CANCEL B/C THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WEEKS AFTER CANCELING!! I have some inquires on my report and this is the only reason i got this service, they told me they could help me get them removed. i was with this program for almost 5 months and not one of the inquires were removed. after getting enrolled into the program i learned that they use a outside call center for their service. its interesting because when i first spoke to someone they were located in the U.S look i have no issue with you using outside help but when i called some of the agents could not speak English...although some of them were very nice people..it was just hard to understand them at times..also if im paying you a $138.00 a month and have one of your top packages then i would expect atleast 1 of the inquires to get removed in 5 moths! this service just sends request to the creditors to update the account info every month instead of requesting the credit bureau to validate the account and get them removed. i feel like they are doing this to prolong you to using their service.. its very deceptive and i wont use this service again..

Very unorganized and will randomly pull money from your account stating they made progress. Nothing but a scam

Don’t ever do it they work on account that are close your credit score stays same is not worth it the just take your money I start on 3/2020 almost 3 years and they remove 3 close account never again if I can give them. Zero stars, I would.

FRAUD! They’ve been charging me $120 a month for 3 years and I don’t even have an account with them. They won’t pay my money back even though they claim i’ve never been in the system and can’t find an account associated with me at all. SCAM!
