The service was not the problem, however the staff was. I was told when we signed up if we cancelled before due that we will not be charged anything. Unfortunate due to the pandemic we cannot continue service and I was trying to cancel and told that we still must pay. Over the past our spoke to 5 agents who would not give me the corporate number nor transfer the call to a supervisor. When I finally got a supervisor, that is if she is a supervisor. The agent name Desiree D., would not spell out her name was very rude danced around all of my questions, refused to give any information on corporate, disrespected me about my credit and the reason why I need the service. She does not even know our situation to make that type of judgement. I do want to applaud Kathern (Katie) for all her help. Unfortunate Lexington needs to hire more agents like Katherine. Heather Combs, Candance, Desiree D. (so call manager) needs to take some customer service classes, very unprofessional.

This company its a joke, the guy I talk to told me he was gonna call me to explain me better the next day because I was at work, he never call me and they took out 130 out of my bank account , I call them to see why they took out money a day after i talk to the guy, and the lady i talk to couldn't explain to me why they took out money out of my bank account. I told them to cancel whatever they sign me up for and they only gave me back half of the money, and it been more than a week and still not on my bank account.

I recommended them to my friend Joseph Papaian. One person made him stay on hold for 20 minutes so he could talk to a supervisor. He wanted his FICO Score and they did not even give it to him. He canceled your service. Bad customer service. Total RIP off.

I been with Lexington Law firm for 2 months and I seen my score go up 65 points omg that's a huge number to go up , I'm going to stay with them longer to get the score I desired , and get this !! Lexington only got one payment and already handle a few of my disputes and negatives that's how my score went up 65 points thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuu Lawyers of Lexington Law Firm you're the best
