The paralegal that I dealt with was fantastic and they just get right to work with you they don't do one at a time they do several collections at a time and you've got lawyers sending out letters and working this out so they can help you get on with your life.

Be very careful; I never contacted them or signed up for emails, and they continue to spam using phony and different return email addresses. A legitimate law firm would not use such tactics.
Also, note that most 5 star reviews are "reviewers" with only 1 review - a sure sign of fake reviews.
