I appreciated the professional and helpful manner with which I was serviced by lakeisha, I needed to cancel a membership that I had a misunderstanding about and she handled everything perfectly for me.

No stars! They hurt more than they help. Horrible management. I was told that if I signed someone up I would received half off my services but I was not told that deal was only for one month. I was told when I cancelled my services that I would not be charged because I cancelled before the due date, to my surprised I was charged. I was told on 3 separate occasions that I would receive a callback from a manager, it’s has been weeks and no one has called. When I called and demanded to speak to a manager, the “paralegal” was instructed by the manager to tell me they would call me back, then the “paralegal” hung up on me. Not to mention the ridiculous wait times to talk to someone each time I have to call. Very unsatisfied
