i have never in my life dealt with a company like this. I made the mistake of calling this company as I was looking for a specific debt collector to pay my past bill. I was not looking for a place like this..only the company I thought I had to call to pay my bill. I listen to the gentleman explain how they could help me fix my credit report. After listening I advised I was not ready to make the decision to move forward yet..need to talk to husband..review bills..etc. This guy did NOT stop... he insisted on knowing what is holding me back.. he asked me personal questions about why or what I needed to talk to my husband about..etc. This is the first time I have ever written a complaint ..especially on the internet. I was told his manager Nathan Smith is not available to talk..and will not talk to me or provide a call back number. This was truly the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The amount of pressure and lack of customer concern was Astounding ! I truly feel like I just was scammed...unfortunately at the beginning of the call I provided my ssn as (like I mentioned) I was interested.. But there was NO way in hell Bobby would take that for an answer. I feel violated by his constant intrusive questioning.

They are a little costly, but they do everything for you. They also let you change the dates for when you need to make your payment. I do propose to add more promotions and discounts to help with affording the cost of services. Other than that great company, very professional.

Second time using this company. The first time, my issues were resolved within 60 days. This time, I’ve got an update that several of my items have already been challenged with all of the credit bureaus..It’s been about 7 working pays since my first payment. Real credit repair.

Ever since I've had Lexington Law working on my credit , I've seen a steady and gradual jump in my credit score and have had numerous challenges result in the removal of several blemishes on my report. I am very much looking forward to having them continue to clean up my credit.

Lexington has been great at getting things removed from my credit. Many of which were due to an ex-wife. It may take a little longer to get all of it removed, but they do make progress and it is helping my credit scores.

My husband & I signed up to work on repairing our credit. It was a long process but the lady that enrolled us was a doll and it seemed like a great value at only $65 each! I was paying for both accounts from my debit card. All was well for the first month, and then on month two, they charged us $129 each. Yikes! But I figured.. okay, they've sent letters on our behalf and they made a mistake so I called in. I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received in my life, the "paralegal" berated me on the phone for not being able to afford the extra that came out of my account. I hung up and called back, and the next rep refunded the difference. Great, right? Nope! One refund went through and then they cancelled the second, trying to scam me out of money. I finally got it back three weeks (and four phone calls) later. The next month.. boom. Overcharged again. And they still hadn't done any more work on our account! So at this point, I was cancelling. Again, worst customer service ever. But I got the accounts cancelled and was told I'd have to pay a partial fee the next month for services already rendered. Okay, sure. Well, the next month they charge me the partial fee & the $129 for my husband's account. I call in (with him on the phone) and they said I never had authority to cancel his account, even though it was on my card, and the lady confirmed it was cancelled. I was livid. And the rep just kept getting increasingly unprofessional, yelling at me on the phone about how I "must not understand." I demanded to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me. Eventually, we got the accounts cancelled but not without being out a lot of money with no work actually being done. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
