Some of the paralegals are rude and act like you are bothering them They also tell you to do the wrong thing like upload your documents to send over to escalations and then escalations send you an email stating that they are the wrong team Also I had him for eight months and only has seven items removed I had to go with another company because my fiancé was with my new company And within four months his score went up by 80 points

I always have an excellent experience dealing with all of the people. They give you all of the information on a timely basis and it is the same if the information is good or bad. They understand the way to interact with their clients, and the paralegals all do an outstanding job of making you feel comfortable with the information being given to you. I have been with them for quite a while now, and it was the best decision that I have ever made.

I started paying them $100+ a month in the beginning of October 2019. After 6 months with absolute no progress or information I had my payment plan reduced. Its now almost a year later I paid them more than $1,200 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...... I have ONE (1) negative thing on my credit report. That is not mine and I have provided proof it is not mine. Well it's still there and now I SOMEHOW OWE THEM MONEY!!

If you have any doubt about whether or not to hire Lexington Law for credit repair, put it aside! Within 24 hours of becoming their client my credit score went up 50 points, and within 4 business days they had already taken measures to challenge several items. I'm beyond happy with their efficiency and urgency, as well as their communication.
