Quick results and understanding of the situation it was questionable at first but my credit score has shot up tremendously in just 2 months and still going up I definitely recommend using Lexington it was very much worth it

I had Lexington for about a month and then cancelled but they kept charging my card (they claimed no one ever called to cancel). I called to ask about this and they simply said we never called in to cancel despite the very lengthy phone call we had for the cancellation to begin with. Finally I spoke with a very nice rep, "Felipe" who said he would go ahead and refund the $129.00 (had to jump through hoops to get this approved). I called back this week (refund was processed last week so they say) to ask for some sort of proof that the refund was done but no one will provide me with any receipt or any email stating my refund was processed. The "Senior billing supervisor" said that there is no such thing (she was very rude and sarcastic the whole time). I find it very hard to believe that a huge law firm such as Lexington has no way of sending me a receipt or anything stating the refund was processed. I am very upset and will never use Lexington again nor will I refer anyone to them !

I signed up for Lexington law firm in hopes to get the majority of my credit inquiries off of my report. I was hoping that someone would call to talk about the process on how things worked or what the next steps were. Waited a few days still heard nothing decided I would just cancel. Sent an email, called them two days in a row first day I was on hold unable to speak to anyone directly, second attempt which would’ve been within the grace period it was after business hours. Next day I went into the app and saw the chat button. I asked them to cancel my account because nothing has been done no one reached out to me and this is something I do not wanna move forward with. They close my account and told me I would receive an emailed final invoice. I argued that nothing had been done and no one had reached out so why would I be charged for a fee when I already paid the start up fee. No proof of what they had did to help me, closed my acct but refusing to take the charge off when I canceled six days later due to the 5 day grace period. Reached out for help ended up getting more stressed scammed! Thumbs down 0 stars from me!
