I was bamboozled into obtaining service with this company. They pulled my report and directed me to take the $89.99 a month plan. They told me they would help my scores rise as well as knock of medical bills from patient first, sprint and a old discover card. They weren't bale to do anything after 5 months. Ao i spent nearly $500 to them when i could been paying $90 towards my debt, paid my debt off and scores would've been hire naturally. They dont guide u into a better credit situation either. After u sign up u dont hear from them. I decided to cancel today after randomly talking to a friends father who is a lawyer. He broke it down to me that lexington law cant help me and they know that when they review my accr but their business model is having a volume of subscriptions over helping people clean their credit. In fact most things they do, u could do ur self. They wont direct u to get a secure credit card to help aggressively raise ur acct or to pay towards certain bills to bring ur scores up substantially. Even when i canceled they lady tried to upsale me into some identity theft subscription when she didnt ask me if i had a need for it or if i already had it. U can tell its a money scheme. Instead of apologizing and expressing their empathy for wasting my time and money with no results the lady said id have to still pay the subscription for this month that is dud in two weeks. Ill be disputing that charge with my bank as well because they dont deliver the service they sale u on that first and last call.
PS, majority of the positive reviews on here are bogus. Its clear that they are. Take your time and read through...and ill leave it at that...

This place is a scam. They will lie to your face and take advantage of people. Please save yourself the hassle and headache I had and just dont get involved with them.

Although I experienced the unfortunate and uncalled for, inhumane lawyer/business tactics that some use, I was very pleased with the outcome. Honesty, integrity, and trust; instead of, lies, manipulation, withhold of information, and coercion, are what build a fruitful and thriving, business to customer, partnership. Lexington Law listened to my concerns and honored the mistakes made by a fellow teammate from a previous call to me. I am a pleased customer for their services. Word to the wise, just do not let your credit get out of hand, be smart.

I have paid many other companies for credit repair and months went by without any of the services being applied, once I started using Lexington Law I gained 107 points on my credit profile the first 30-35 days after starting affiliation. Thanks for helping me transform a better life for myself and children

It took almost a month to get logged into my account due to an incorrect email that no one verified. I finally got in touch with someone after 20 mins on hold on 3 phone lines....Overall I am satisfied at this moment however the lack of professional care for my account was very concerning. In addition to the harassing calls about payment for a service that I never received. Also JAMIE a CSR was phenomenal I would give her 10 stars! But the company itself needs some fine tuned sensitivity training.

The paralegals are very respectful and caring. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. They can get negative things removed. They do not, however, negotiate with debtors.

I was shopping around different companies because I want to work on my credit again. I worked with Lexington Law before and had a great experience 5 years ago. I decided to get prices from them and this other company to see which one would be a better fit for me. I gave them permission to pull my credit reort while I was on the phone with them that is all. About 10 days later back in September I see a charge for $129.95 come out of my account I called them immediately and complained. They assured me my account was close and I would be done. Well today is November 4 and this company is trying to take $129.95 out my account again. I called and they are stating that is nothing they can do until it post to my account. I will never do business with them again if this is what this company is now about.
