Lexington law used to be great when I used them years ago. Not sure what has happened, but the fees have gone up drastically for half the work they used to do. Customer service level is poor. I would never use this company again.

Lexington law live up to their word, I was skeptical at first but they started my challenges to the creditors and have so far gotten over 200 medical bills off my reports, it’s well worth the $120 a month, the paralegals are always friendly and there to help they have also helped me with cease and desist orders to stop collectors calling me over past due accounts, give them a chance sometimes it takes a bit before u see changes to your reports but it’s worth it in the end

I can't believe how wonderful the customer care is. The person I spoke with stayed on the phone with me for at least two hours listening to my situation and did whatever he could to help me and make me feel comfortable and safe. I don't understand anything about credit, so needless to say, it took a lot of explaning, but he didn't get impatient or annoyed, just patiently explained to me everything I didn't understand. Great customer care 👍
