I had Lexington working on my case but they only work when you push them or call to complain

One of their employees called me to offer their services and when I wasn't interested and told the employee that I didn't have money to pay them. They were pretty rude to me and their attitude was not appropriate. They proceeded to tell me "when you are ready to make fixing your credit a priority, you can call us." I'm sorry, but if this is how you talk to your potential consumers.. No thanks.

I came to Lexington Law my credit wasn't to bad cause I had been paying past diet on my own to fix my credit but wanted to fix loose ends and late pay history and all . With in a week I start seeing my credit score go up.

First I want to thank God for you all! Lexington you all are fabulous . The service is impeccable. You all get a A+++rating from me. My scores have jumped 51-54. And it is all Thanks to God and you all at Lexington. The ones that answers calls are Curteous, Knowledgeable and are a pleasure to speak with. I have never once been disappointed with you all at Lexington. You guys are Super great . Thanks for your Service . I'm going to be anticipating on the rest of my case to be resolved really soon . Lexington has been GREAT!!!...they helped remove a MAJOR item that was SERIOUSLY affecting my credit score..along with others...I would Recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Lexington once provided a good service at a fair price. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. By way of disclosure, I'm a former employee who worked there for about 8 years. I once was a strong believer in Lexington but this can no longer be the case. They have increased prices and are giving clients less for more money. They have cut service hours and staff so much that a Lexington manager told me that they have between 2 and 3 thousand abandoned calls per day. That is, people waiting on hold who hang up before they get to talk to someone. Call in wait times are usually well over 30 minutes. Employees are under such pressure to keep customers that they don't tell people everything they should and may deliberately mislead people for fear they will cancel. The employees are supposed to "save " 75 percent or more of clients who might cancel. Now they are forcing employees to save clients to much more expensive service levels than the client needs. Once ethical this company no longer cares about anything but the bottom line. Save a ton of money buy learning online how to do credit repair yourself. Lexington doesn't do anything for you you can't do for yourself.

Lexington Law is by far the best service to credit repair, they went to work immediately on my case and my credit score went up 7 points fast , every time you call they are willing to help very friendly and knowledgeable about credit repair I'll definitely recommend Lexington law for your credit repair process!!

I had only two small debts affecting my credit and they were able to get it removed fairly quickly, but their staff are uniformed and give different information depending on who you talk to. I was charged a monthly rate for only 2 weeks of service... When I called the first time, the guy never explained that to me. When I called to cancel after the month was up, I was informed that the first fee isn't for a full month. It doesn't make any sense. So I paid $75 for 2 weeks of service?! And an additional $30 for the 2 weeks I thought were apart of the monthly fee... just another company scamming people out of their hard earned money!

Before contacting Lexington Law I was completely frustrated and at loss on how to repair my credit. There's guidance out there online however, Lexington law provides professional legal staff that understands the laws regarding consumer rights. I would highly recommend Lexington Law to anyone struggling to repair and rebuild their credit.
