They took money from bank. Accessed without consent. Had to contact FBI to get them to pay money back. Awful company!

I contacted Mr. Yonkers office today. The agent was patient in hearing about my complaints involving a level 2 Trauma Center in SLC, UT. She was both cordial and detailed oriented in hearing me out. I will see this firm in the very near future if they find “causality” in my treatment episodes.

I retained Lexington Law approx. 4 months ago out of desperation, in all honesty. I was searching for months for an apartment and continuously got denied for poor credit. I started googling credit repair services and dialed up Lexington. The representative I spoke with, Rob, was patient, knowledgeable and very informative which I found to be comforting. I chose to utilize their basic package and in just a few months they have removed accounts from my history, combatted over 15 accounts for poor remarks and have successfully removed many. Kind of a really crummy situation. Signed up under the impression that it was $129 a month for 2 accounts, also under the impression that we wouldn't be charged anything until changes on our credit score were made. Was also promised that they could stop or reduce current garnishments. A week after signing up I found out it was $129 per account, and they had charged our account 2x's for the start up fee of $65 that we weren't told about, which placed that account into the negative because we weren't expecting the charges so it created over draft fee's, and that NONE of the information we were given was correct, and to top it all off a Manager refused to refund the start up fee's that we were never told about. My Fiancé went through these guys once before and had a great experience, but after this encounter we wont be using their services.
