Little to no action on my cases and no improvement on credit score from Lexington law. My score did go up because I was lowering my debt to income but that was solely my doing. Now I was trying to cancel and stop my next payment before the second month but missed the deadline. Because there was 0 improvement I called to get helped. Mike in client relations was able to help me with a $50 refund because I missed the cancellation deadline (Called 05/28/2019) In the end there was no improvements on my credit and I'm out of hard earned money I spent. I left 2 stars because they did refund a small portion of my cancellation. But the very small amount of "work" they completed was just 5 letters sent. I believe some that "work" was from me using their genetic downloads to send to creditors. In the end they gained my money and I have no improvements on my credit from them and they closed out my pending cases that I paid for, thus eliminating any chances that my spent money could ever do anything.

It has been a productive experience, has enabled us to assist with the future home purchase. We are happy with the service. But you need to work with counselor to get the most of the program.

absolutely horrible company. do not use them if you want results....they are only out to get your membership and keep you as long as they can. very slow and you never interact with a human being....you go months without seeing or hearing anything and they use templates to fix your credit....they don't work

Just Wanted to share that after several years within your system Which at times especially on telephone calls left me rather wanting, The young lady I spoke with yesterday was very informative I felt she had my best interests at heart she even saved me about $60 on my plan which is totally unheard of in today's fast money world and actually was very friendly and informative. Only 1 star so I can write this review. This company is a bunch of smooth criminals! I was contacted by a company that claims to help you get into a "rent to own" home. Part of their process is to get you in touch with Lexington Law to help you start building your credit for home ownership. Seems legit, mostly. So he transfers me to LL and a young lady starts asking me questions. Mind you, the initial call was a cold call, really it could have been anyone, but I've heard of LL so I cautiously answer her questions. She was very pleasant and sounded sincere in wanting to help me. After a few basic questions she then started to ask for my personal information. I asked if she was expecting me to give her my social security number to which she said yes, so we can run your credit report, but it's just a soft inquiry so it won't effect anything, and then quickly tried to move along again asking for my mailing address. I stopped her and apologized, explaining that I was contacted out of the blue by the guy that transferred me to her and that I wasn't comfortable giving out my personal information. I tried to continue with telling her I was interested in the service she offered but would just like to look more into LL before giving that information and asked if I could call back. She immediately shut down and RUDELY said "have a nice day" and then nothing. I could still hear people in the background so I said "really? So I refuse to give you my personal information and now you're just cutting me off?" No response, so I continue, I know you're still listening, I can hear everyone in the background, this is exactly why I'm cautious about giving my information out, people like you! If you really wanted to help you would understand" she then disconnected the phone. SMH idk if she missed out on a commission or what but any company representative like that should be ashamed! Definitely makes me believe this company is shady AF! I'm so glad I didn't give them my information! I'm also going to contact the initial company and let them know that they are referring people to a shady company which in turn reflects on them and they too will lose business if they continue their partnership with LL!

You Won't be disappointed with this service get to living a better life with Great credit and a happier person thanks to Lexington law They make it do what it do.
