Very professional, patient and willing to listen without judgment or belittling. They answer all questions, work hard and go the extra mile to make sure your credit issues are being taken seriously by the companies they challenge and the issues removed in a timely manner. I've been working with them for 4 months (had my identity stolen 3 times over the last decade) and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them to other people.

Very effective service. I had a well documented collection action against me, that I got blind sided with because I forgot about it when I moved overseas. Totally my fault. Gone within two months.
