Lexington Law firm, Did for me, What SunShine does to Grapes..only 10 time more better..THANK YOU Lexington Law.

A great company, and the work they do is truly astounding.

Lexington Law Firm not only took money out of my account on the wrong day it was for the wrong amount. I was on a three way phone call the day I initially setup their service, my mother and I planned to take advantage of their deal they have on credit repair. The monthly service was for the amount of 129.95, but was told since it was two parties trying to repair their credit then we could split the cost which would have been 64.50 for the both of us, we were told we were not under contract and could cancel at anytime we both agreed, not only did we agree on the amount but we also agreed for our first payment of 64.50 to be deducted on Dec. 7, 2018. The morning of Decemeber 4, 2018 there was a charge of 129.95 taken from my account. I immediately called the law firm to get my money back and cancel their service and was assured that I would get my refund back in full, and the money would be back in my account the following day. I proceeded to check my account the following morning and there was no refund. Once again I immediately called the law firm only to get more misleading information from a rep yet again. She put me on a 2-5 min hold about three times to “consult with her supervisor about the issue and so they can pull my other phone call from the previous day”. The rep returns to the phone only to tell me that the 129.95 was a valid charge and that i would not get any refund, after explaining to her the mess up on their end and how I called the previous day only to be assured i would indeed be getting my full refund back, the rep puts me on hold yet again. The rep gets back on the phone in a hurried voice telling me that i would get a FULL refund within 3-5 business days, seeing how I was given false information once before, I asked to speak with a supervisor to confirm I would be getting my refund only for the rep to argue with me and tell me there was NOT a supervisor for me to speak with. On December 6, 2018 I received a refund for half the amount and once again NOT on the day they were authorized to take anything from my account.lexington law is a SCAM DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They allowed me to sign up my husband without talking to him, then won't cancel the account because they don't have a file on him. Then, the rude, condisending woman I spoke with wanted to charge me with forgery! Yet, they still steadily took money out of our bank account. This is not over.

This is such a rip off. Only use them if you have more than a few negatives and issues on your credit. They claim to have work done for these few things but really don’t do much

Lexington law is a huge rip off ! They take your money and don’t do nothing to fix your credit! Please don’t waste your money on this company! They don’t care about doing anything to help fix your credit they just care about your money! They are legit Money chasing scammers

Swift, punctual and courteous service
