This firm did a great work. Pron - 8 negative items in close to 15months to expunge. Con - They challenge one item at a time. instead of all at once.

I have been trying to cancel for last month and still no response

Very easy process , communication was great and my score went up 50 points within a few months !

LOOK AT THEIR BBB REVIEWS. They have reported the removal of one account six times. I have paid them for four months of work, which is $480. In that time, they have sent only 13 letters. Those letters are only to creditors that I have paid and talked to myself. They refuse to reach out to the creditors that are fradulent. I have tried to cancel my account for over a month but conveniently they are never around. Their phone service says "stay on the line for a representative" and then hangs up on you. You can attempt to use the "chat with us" tab on the website, it responds that the function is not available and to give them a call. They are a scam. Lazy, unethical, cowards. I finally found a line that goes through and have been on hold for over half an hour, then it tells you to message them on their website(which alerts you that the function is unavailable). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. IT IS EASIER AND MUCH MORE BENEFICIAL TO DEAL WITH THE CREDITORS YOURSELF.

They were great, with all combined with everything else I couldn’t afford, I wish I could, I really miss their progress and successful rate
