. Everything that is done here, can be done by the customer themselves. If you look at the papers they sent on your “behalf” it just has the customers name and a fake signature of yours. No where on the paper or envelope states the Law firms name. Anything that backfires from any company that you’re fighting against, backfires on you directly. Customer service will only grab a template, have you fill out and send the company another letter. The call center is not taught to teach customers about what they are doing or how customers could learn to fight for themselves. Speaking with lawyers, you get to jump through hoops or have the perfect timing. Anyone can look up ways to battle poor credit scoring online, for free. I would strongly use a different tactic then these guys.

You know 90% of the comments I just read I wish I could comment on. Y'all have know idea what goes on it credit repair yes YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF. some people don't have time. ANY credit repair company NOT just Lexington can get items removed but if you do not pay the debt you owe it can be put back on even if you get it removed yourself

Great company.

My Credit score was not that bad, but I wanted to improve it. I had financial concerns almost 4 years ago so I had late payments. Closed those accounts paid them off and paid everything on time after that. No extreme balances no negative comments, but after 4 months with Lexington Law my credit score has gone down and they do not help at all. Go to the Utah Better Business Bureau and read the 47 pages of negative comments...DO NOT waste you money!

I have seen what lex can do. Unfortanly people are not educated on how credit repair works, with Lexington you can get this education. It didn't take overnight to get bad credit. So it's not going to take over night to get it fixed.

The previous reviews speak the truth on how bad these guys are. Wanna repair your credit, and actually have something to show for it? Avoid them. The way their employees are trained is a joke.

Wonderful service and quality work

This company did absolutely nothing to improve my credit score, which was my intention. In addition they kept changing their rates when I tried to cancel. They took over $400 from my account and said they bill in advance. A REAL SCAM... DON'T USE THEM!!!

Do not sign up! If you want to cancel the service later they will bill you for another month. Today I spoke to Lauren W. via chat and she was the reason for the 2 starts and for this review, she was rude and has no customer service skills. Everything was going well for an entire year but when I started a chat to cancel my wife's account She was very pushy and made it very clear that I still had to pay for another month (for service/work done) that is not being done anymore. I asked if she could make an adjustment and she refused. Well, I ended cancelling my wife's account and my account....all of this just for $11.00 that she refused to credit and/or waive. I was considering using them again but not after the way I was treated. I asked to speak to her manager and told me to call the 800 number. By Felicia!!!
