Currently on the phone with them now sounds amazing after paying she is going over everything but shes asking me what i want her do about the collections and charge offs? I don't even know what to do, isn't it your job to know what to do why are they asking me for?

Told me it was a ONE TIME fee of $14.95. never mentioned any other amounts. Before I could finish talking to them, i told him that if that only one time charge and he said yes. They charged my credit card $119. We never agreed to that!!! I called, they said they would refund the $119, and we have yet to see it! and they still want to charge $104 to close the account they are rippe off!!

I am not pleased at all with this company. I gave them 90+ days to remove at least 1 item from my report. Nothing was removed so I called to cancel services and had a woman talk nonstop for several minutes lowering the price and giving me a discount and telling me that they will send more aggressive letters...yada, yada, yada. After I repeated that I was calling to "cancel" she told me that I would be charged a closing bill of $49.00. I am so disappointed that I didn't read these reviews before I got involved with yhis company. I never would have wasted over $400 to have ZERO items removed. To add insult to injury, at the end of the conversation, she asked if she provided me with "exceptional customer service". I was honest and said "No". They were "exceptional" in doing absolutely.

Just got a call from someone with "Lexington Law Firm" stating she was calling in regards to our "previous" conversation about fixing my credit. I've never spoken to anyone from this place in regards to my credit and my credit is already good. Everything that was bad on my credit report has already been paid off so I was a little sketchy when she said she was calling to fix my credit. So I tell her I haven't spoken to anyone and she says well have you recently applied for any loans. Yes I am applying for a home loan right now and from what they've said my credit is fair and I've already been preapproved for my loan. I seriously highly doubt they would've given my information out to these people without informing me first. So I got rude with her and told her there's nothing that needs fixed on my credit and she says "are you sure about that" YES I'm sure and I don't care who these people are, if I'm going to work on my credit I will do it myself like I have been and I will NOT be paying an arm and a leg for something I can do myself. DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!!

Worst company ever. Save your money.

Not happy got charged 119 and act like its my fault because i agreed to the terms and service well the guy never told me about the monthly fee that's outrageous. No refund supervisor was rude didn't want to negotiate.

This company preys on the lower income people who are struggling to fix their credit. They take your money and do nothing for you. I cancelled my service after I was charged $140. Then I was charged $120 after I cancelled my service. When I called, there was no record of me calling and cancelling and they refused to refund me my money.

So I have been with them for two months now, and my credit score hasnt moved at all, I am stuck in the 550s on one report since I paid for them to mail a letters with my name on them. I got one of those letters sent back to me from a creditor. Its as though I typed it up and mailed to them. I was hoping to have the backing with an attorneys name signed on it. Not like a letter from me.

Lexington Law Firm is a great company. They are hardworking people. Depending on who they are helping you challenge. Some things get removed quicker than others. But still in all they continue to help you win. I appreciate their professionalism. Keep up the great 👍 work Lexington Law Firm.
