HORRIBLE!!!! BEWARE!!!! THIEVES!!!! THIS FIRM IS A FRAUD AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!! I got hooked up with this firm while looking for a short term loan. They explained to me that it would be $14.99 per month to help fix my credit. When I got paid last week they took the $14.99 out of my account. And just now they took $119.95 out of my account! I called customer service the guy that works there was VERY RUDE, told me I could not be refunded my $119.95 and hung up on me!

It takes time! Everyone needs to realize this as there are regulations in place that give creditors 30/60/90 days to respond. I was with them for 12 months and had about 12 items removed from my credit. I started at a 432 credit score and after 12 months was at a 650. I was able to purchase a vehicle on my own which i have never done. They are not a scam and will help but it doesn't happen overnight. My only gripe is that they only send out 3 letters at a time. I would have given 5 stars if this number was higher.

I started with Lexington Law Firm to have them investigate and resolve serious errors on my credit report and remove inquiries. I was with them for several years and they basically just took my money and did nothing at all. I don't appreciate that and they need to work to get rid of inquiries as that is also a serious issue that consumers and business alike need help with and they claim they don't do that. I got rid of them after all that time and money waste and they need major improvements or go out of business for good!!

They only fix 35% of your credit and they only work on 'x' amount of things depending on the service you purchase this could be 1 item for 4 months or 3 items at a time for me was 3 items a month but they send out a letter, then the people send me a letter and they have 30 days to respond then I have to send that letter to Lexington now they might have to send another letter and then wait for that to come back that's about 3 months, the other 65% is on you. I paid in total $625 to them in 5 months for 7 points in my credit. NOW as you see on here some people are very happy, I was too on my 2nd to 3rd month my score actually jumped up 40 points for about 3 days and went right back down. When I asked about why it went back down they kept saying stuff that happened in 6 months prior (inquiries from buying a car and I wanted a better rate) I'm like well take them off it's easy just a letter. They said, we don't do that you have to do that! They will create the letter for you to print off if you pay for premium services! I paid $119 a month for the Concord Premium after 5 months they removed 10 items now this sounds like a lot but it's not, mainly I had in collection items that were paid off but still showed up on my credit. Those are the ones they removed, they don't even remove the inquiries for you even when you are paying $119 a month all this takes is two letters to be sent out its very simple and I will do this, but if I'm paying some one to help fix my credit I want them to do it not tell me "here fix your own credit"

Fraudulent company. Had a charge on my account today that I didn't make. Never heard of this crazy company before. Called them and they had no account or information about us. Called my bank and it was definitely a fraudulent charge and my card was compromised by them. Horrible Horrible! Do not use these scammers!!!!

I paid a lot of money and was with them for nearly six months. NOTHING HAPPENED!! I could have sent those two or three letters. Nothing got fixed or corrected. Thanks for taking advantage of a wounded warrior!

High pressure sales if were refered by a firm selling/renting. Also, don't call them too many times or you will be blocked. ...very poor customer service.

Sat waiting for a phone call instead of showing the curtousy of a phone call they let me sit for a week without knowing they won't accept my case very nice individuals is why not 1 star seem very knowledgeable just maybe too busy to treat u as a person instead of paycheck

They are very unprofessional, I waited and hour and half trying to get in contact with. an paralegal agent; until I got tired and send them an email. I immediately got a call back once I stated that I didn't want they're services anymore. They took a lot of money, and still are trying to take more even when I canceled my account with them.
