My score is now much worse than it was when I started. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Hello to each to it own how they feel my experience have been a true blessing sense I've been with Lexington Law Firm. I thank God for using this company to help me with my credit I started with a 488 score had been rip off so many times prior to Lexington Law Firm. My score is now 554 I've been with them sense last year June never had a problem with customer service always there for me. People listen nothing is like a micro wave dinner let's be fair things take time and a lot of hard work behind the scenes and you've to do your part. If you don't have the patience or time to wait than you will make this a bad experience this company have made me a believer again I gave up on getting g help with my credit that I mess up and this company revive me. I've credit cards that if if weren't for Lexington no way I could've gotten these cards I made a big mess when I was younger and now I've a second chance thank God. I know how to be more responsible with my credit now that I'm older and ready to purchase a home and Lexington is making this dream come true. So listen it takes time to mess up your credit and it takes time to fix it This company will help you I'm proof why so many bad reviews don't understand all I know is that my life has change for the first time in years and I thank God and Lexington Law Firm.

Horrible, it is almost impossible to get ahold of any one from this company., they saI'd they would call me back and never got a call, way to much money and they don't get anything done I went ahead and contacted the credit bureaus myself and got everything cleared up in one day

Very good if your credit is crap and you seem doomed...seven years I had this last creditor on my report and it would still be on there if I hadn't gotten in touch with LLF. Immediately they started working with me and yes you need to be proactive with them to get what you want. I messed up my credit when I was young but taking care of business now that I make more money. Got tired of living outta my car but now since I've gotten in touch with this law firm I can have a roof over my head again. Thanks LLF! They also have an app if that's more convenient for you but their website is very intuitive and user friendly. I signed up and within a month they took down the hardest one to get off my credit, the rest followed soon.

They helped me remove all my negative marks on my credit report in 2014. They were successful, and cancelling was not much of a hastle. It is 2017 and i have yet again random fully paid negative marks in my report. Just as i was ready for a home loan. I will follow up in 2 months. Keep in mind that i have paid these accounts off years ago. If you dont want to pay your creditors and still get them removed with LL that i dont know?,

It took for me to call them for my account to be updated. I also noticed they claim I missed a payment however on my bank statement it shows the funds came out. The live chat rep closed my account before I could send the proof. Also the accounts they claimed were closed were actually sent to a new collection agency and has now been blowing my phone up, MY NEW PHONE NUMBER AT THAT. Thanks a lot you guys, however at this point I will just file full bankrupt. What a way to waste $100 dollars.

had the $119.99 package for 3 months jumped my fico up 100 poonts also I canceled then a few months later got an email see the photo I attached for proof they offered same package plus extras for only 19.95 a month

I signed up a month ago. They sent 3 letters out for me. 1 of them was sent to the wrong address and returned back to me. After seeing how simple the letter is and easy to do myself I decided to cancel the service. Disputing stuff on your report is EASY. dont pay 100 a month for 3 letters a month when you can do it all on your own in one month. Just pull your credit , get the addresses ans account numbers, look up a example dispute letter online and send certified mail. I sent out 6 letters last Saturday and in 30 days I will have my answer. One of the letters Lexington law sent did get a collection off my report. But for $114 to get started and another $100 for the first month just DO IT YOURSELF. That's $214 for one month of them sending basically 2 letters. Dont waste your money folks. Do it yourself

It is ironic that Lexington Law is associated with other companies that offer loans to help you with consolidation loans...Then you are told that you should join Lexington to get your score higher so you are eligible for these loans...Granted then did get some items off my report but is barely increased my score...nothing as promised...They really need to be investigated...Also their "high" stars are technically bogus!!!...But they are clever enough to be able to substantiate them...so RUN AS QUICKLY AS YOU CAN!!!

Switched to another company who works a lot faster. They only dispute a few at a time to keep you paying longer. I have been with them 5 months and barely have seen a change. Switched to another company who guarantees results in 60 days or your money back.

Lexington Law Firm provided excellent support to remove erroneous items, old items, paid off items from my Credit Reports. They have a very informative Online Dashboard for your account that shows and tracks all credit lines and the 3 Major Credit Reporting Agencies, provides informative information, and shows the Cause and Effect relationships. The Customer Support is excellent. I highly recommend Lexington Law Firm. When you work with Lexington Law Firm and take an active role, it works even faster, and when you do not have time, Lexington Law Firm is working each month on your behalf to make progress.

Their service is a 3/5: They got things removed from my credit that were not mine. However their daily monitoring is a joke. I had to notify them myself that the items had been removed. Then a few days later they send me a notification that they had been taken off. Their customer service and billing are a 0/5: They charged me more than their agreement claims to charge. Their "trained paralegals" are little more than customer service dolts. The last guy I talked to "explained" our agreement and then couldn't do anything but stammer and get his feelings hurt when I read the actual wording back to him. Proceeded to just obnoxiously repeat what he was saying multiple times in response to my questions. Thanks for getting the stuff off of my report - you might want to try being a little less scammy in your billing practices.
