These people called me, a Canadian resident, and my scam blocker app on my phone hung up on them. For the hell of it, I called the number back via google voice and I was actually connected to another call in progress. I overheard ALL of this person's personal information. Ask *Sunny* about the phone call she had where someone kept pushing buttons. Yep that was me. She was transfered to a credit expert . The lady was hesitant to give her SSI to *Katharine* and ended the call. Feel safe dealing with these people now? Ya, you probably shouldn't.

Puer scam, for the past 2 months nobody can take my calls, But surely take that $99 a month with no hesitation. Now a month after I cancelled, I just received a $20 charge from them. They are simply collecting money for doing nothing. I never got even 1 of the letters that for some reason I needed to send off, this place needs to be shut down..

had the worst experience with Lexington Law. they just tried to convince you to buy their service. When I signed up with the service, the representative didn't say they will charge a monthly $99 fee. But it came out without notice. Definitely would not recommend anyone to try this

I really should have done my homework before giving my info out to this company! They are very messy. The guy I spoke with confirmed me email 3 times as if I was lying or something than they email me to an email address that I didn't confirm, they give me package options and available withdrawal dates and neither one was done correctly I was over charged on a wrong date putting my bank acct overdrawn 😠. Also any and all phone numbers connected to them did not want to work, they say they are open 6am to 10pm yet when I'm calling them at 8am I keep getting disconnected. 1st impression is everything and at lexington law they failed!!

This is a worst service/product I have ever received. This firm is a complete joke, they promise you for results within 30 - 60 days, and that's a lie. I had this service since Jan. 2016 and I just canceled it. over 7 months and not a single change. And every time I call to complain about the bad service they come up with a "new way pf approach" They do not share everything with you. Do your disputes on your own. IT IS FREE. DO not hire this firm, they are bad, they do not have a plan-technique to remove bad items on your credit report. If there is a late payment, collection or a hard inquiry on your report and it is yours, guess what, they can not remove it. they keep sending letters, same ones again and again to the credit bureau and hoping they remove it. that's all. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

I haven't had any problems or issues. My score has jumped 120pts in 7 months. It didn't really start to gain traction until the end of month 5, then a ton of negative things started to fall off one after another. Some people are too impatient and do not give them enough time to dispute issues. I can promise you that it's not a scam.

with Lexington i never seen no results i used there service last year I gave them info about my identity was stolen an for months there was no improvement with my credit score every time i called them i had to go online an select items to be remove an when i told them i no longer need there service they took money out my account trust me my bank got it back IT:S A SCAM PEOPLE ..i had to write letters to all three Credit Bureau to get items to be remove

Spent months wilt little to no results.. They say they are preparing letters to send to me to have notarized, but they never send them.. 3 calls over 2 months without the letters ever being received. Keep putting me off when I call and saying I will have in 3-5 business days.. Rinse repeat start over.. Funny thing is they say they have emailed them, but they are not in SPAM which is all maintained, and they refuse to mail or send via any alternate means, but it will take 3-5 days to send them (even though they say they are already done..???) Cancelled after 3 months of this merry-go-round and they will not refund payment or deliver letters. BEWARE!!!

Since I have been with them for the past 5 months I was able to have 18 items removed from my credit report. Great company to work with and can cancel anytime.

Incredibly disappointed with the services.
