Horrible, waste of money. They don't count one "collection" as dispute, they count one collection as three things, because it takes them three months to remove one thing from all three credit bureau's. Sucks, cancelled.

Changing my initial review.... First month while paying the premium package ($120) they removed 6-7 inquiries from my report. I got excited and wrote a 5star positive review. 1 month later... All of the inquiries appeared back on my CR. Since then (which has been 4 months) they havent removed anything

Terrible company and deceptive advertising. STAY AWAY!

I've been with them for about 5 months and I've only had 2 things removed from my credit. Im trying to hang in there and be patient but im begining to get discouraged i dont even have that many things on there for it to take so long

I had a very bad experience with them!. I had only one lat payment 6 years old. I was paying $90 a month for 4 months but they didn't do anything. WILL NOT RECOMMEND..!

Fraudulent charges from this company. They took 160.00 out of my checking account without my permission. Only being with them for 5 months I was paying 79.95 a month. I had to call more then 8 times and then even sent my bank statements to them showing the charges that came from lexington law. Had to ask for a manager and then be told that they can't confirm or deny the charges. I told them plain and simple that my money better be back in my account or they were going to get sued. I trusted them with the payment plan I agreed to but for the company just to debit money anytime they feel like It is unacceptable. Beware of this company especially the parelegals who seem to be more than 20 different people you talk to when you do call about your case. Buyers beware.

My husband canceled his account with them and with me STILL having an active account I WAS NOT aware that they took $90 off my husband's card we are using the same card because I don't have a job so we thought our accounts were just one big one since we were married but NOOOO they charged my husband $90 $90!!! They finally canceled my account but STILL refuse to refund us the money they took from us, a supervisor was suppose to call my husband and NEVER DID!!! NEVER GOING THROUGH THEM AGAIN!! THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!!!!

This company is a joke they will tell you one price then charge you another an take money off your card when they fell like it

Was completely misled by these con-artists on the phone, told I would be billed monthly and could cancel without penalty at any time. I paid the initial fee of $100 and when nothing happened during the first month, as a college student with little income, I called to cancel my account. I was then told I would be billed another $100 for the "work" that was done during that month. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND A BUNCH OF LIARS.
