BLUF: Do not hire this firm; everything they do, you can do on your own and their "paralegals" are just a call center in Monterrey, Mexico. The paralegals themselves are professional and pleasant to talk to but the company they work for is a lazy, money-grabbing, rip-off. Background: My identity was stolen and my credit profile had a different name and ss# on the account. After discovering this 3 years ago, I hired Lexington Law to dispute and remove the 5 negative items from my credit accounts. Their app claimed that two items were removed but I just found out last week they haven't received a credit report from TransUnion since Nov 2022. They failed to communicate this to me, instead, they just displayed my old credit score and took credit for removing the negative items. I had no idea all five items were removed after I had personally written letters to all three bureaus (TransU, Experian, Equifax) proving my identity and requesting they update my info back in 2023. I'm requesting a refund of the $550 I paid them since July 2023 when I upgraded to the premium service because they promised they would work on all three bureaus every month, instead of the just 1 every 4 months (don't pay full price for it because they can offer it to you cheaper, just call and they'll negotiate). If you read this far, thank you and just use google and reddit for examples for writing your own dispute letters - it's so easy that Lex Law has workers in a Mexican call center doing it for them. Lexington Law, I want the money you owe me for the faulty service you provided, please and thank you.

Great firm.

I paid them for several months with absolutely no results. When I called to speak to someone I could barely get any answers from them and I requested to upgrade which no one did. Not sure if this is just my experience, but I am highly disappointed.
