To begin, they do not tell you that only the first payment is to begin services. I was under the impression that each month’s payment was to cover the next month’s work expenditure. Instead each payment is for services previously rendered. So when I went to cancel my service, they informed me I owed them for the previous month. Ok I can understand that, perhaps I misread something. They were even understanding when I said I had plans and needed to push that last payment until the end of the month. The man was very nice and said that he could easily do that. Bing bang botta boom services cancelled, last payment set. Only problem is that they pulled that payment from my account at the beginning of the month anyways and here I am broke until my next check because Lex Law couldn’t manage their billing system. Horribly unprofessional in my opinion. You don’t mess with a man’s money.

Lexington law has helped me restore my credit in a very responsible and professional matter.I started out very aggressive then over time lessening my level of help...but still maintaining their assistance to slowly continue helping me with rebuilding my credit...Would highly recommend their services !!

Lied about the costs and then had no purpose to their pace other than to keep you paying monthly. 6 months in and my credit had actually gone down as they were "sending letters" which made creditors more active. And even though you pay in advance to activate your account at cancel you still pay them for another month.

The way you can help fix the credit to improve my score.

Do NOT pay this company a dime. I was with them almost a year and every month I called in they would say to stay with them one more month to see if anything would change and that happened for about 6 months. They only want your money, every time I called and tried to cancel they would just try to upgrade your plan. This company is absolutely worthless and a SCAM. You will have better luck disputing on your own.

The only thing I don’t like is I see items being removed off my credit report but I don’t see my score going up
