This company utilizes a third-party telemarketing firm to make initial contact through unsolicited robo-calls. I have been contacted almost a dozen times in direct violation of federal law. These nuisance calls are illegal and should be immediately reported to the Federal Trade Commission.

Nearly impossible to stop them from taking your money! after the initial sign up prepare to get fake text messages that make you think they are working to help you..you can cancel at anytime but you cant reach anyone to cancel a any time

The worse experience of my life, cancelled my free trial after exactly 5 days on time, but they instead tried to sell me products I did not need and refused but they still charged my account $24.95, I called them back to dispute it and they said they would credit my account in 3 days and it has bees 9 days and nothing, they lied, they are dishonest, they charge more than all others, I have tried calling them since 3 days ago and out on hold for 30 min. and have to hang up, stay away go somewhere else it is much cheaper and get better results.

Good experience for me. I signed up about two years ago because I wanted to buy another house. In two years my score went up over 100 points. Bought a house 8 months ago. 400k Don't pay the fee on the web site. I signed up and they emailed me they would handle my case for $39.99. Well worth $40 a month.

I live in Oregon and the rep knew that. Still persisted to push the service and knew I couldn't access anything. Called right back and canceled they lied and said I wouldn't be charged well I was. They said they wouldn't credit the account back the money saying I agreed to use another address that I hadn't lived in for over a year. Truly sad....

Worst customer service ever, after you sign up and start paying you will not be able to reach them. If I use my registered phone number I would call and wait for an hour to get to someone and finally give up. However, it only takes a second if I use another phone. Same thing with the chat you wait for 30 minutes, you should be staring at the screen and waiting for them to reply otherwise they wait for you for a second and "Resolve the issue", and then you have to start a new session and wait.
Today after I waited for about 26 minutes to get to someone to ask a few questions, they sent me something on my first question and "Resolved the issue" without even asking me if I have any comments or any other questions.
I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!

I've only been with Lexington for almost two months. And so far they have removed 5 items from my credit report. The monthly payments are affordable and they're customer service is on point. Only reason I give them four stars and not 5 is because they were inaccurate with my email information, but I will get that fixed ASAP.
