I never signed up for anything involving this scam artist of a company, I had never even heard of them, but then I get a random text from the to call them about my credit report! I don't work with people that I don't personally reach out to. The are spammers and probably scammers. DO NOT CALL OR TEXT ME LEXINGTON LAW

When I first signed up with them they told me since I was married I could pay the 119 a month for me and my wife, so 59.97 a piece but they didn't tell me it was a one time payment until they took 239.90 on the next payment so I canceled after that and about two months after I canceled they charged me again for 139.90. I had canceled right after they took the 239.90 so nothing was owed to them.

Once you sign up you cannot cancel. There is no nothing on their website or phone menu that references cancellation other than the initial contract

They charged a card that wasn't even on file, then wanted to lie and say Bank updated the card number. i called the bank and they said they did not. also the settled with the FCC for using unlicensed agents.

THIS FIRM IS A FRAUD AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!
I got hooked up with this firm while looking for a short term loan. They explained to me that it would be $14.99 per month to help fix my credit. When I got paid last week they took the $14.99 out of my account. And just now they took $119.95 out of my account! I called customer service the guy that works there was VERY RUDE, told me I could not be refunded my $119.95 and hung up on me!

It takes time! Everyone needs to realize this as there are regulations in place that give creditors 30/60/90 days to respond. I was with them for 12 months and had about 12 items removed from my credit. I started at a 432 credit score and after 12 months was at a 650. I was able to purchase a vehicle on my own which i have never done. They are not a scam and will help but it doesn't happen overnight.
My only gripe is that they only send out 3 letters at a time. I would have given 5 stars if this number was higher.

I started with Lexington Law Firm to have them investigate and resolve serious errors on my credit report and remove inquiries. I was with them for several years and they basically just took my money and did nothing at all. I don't appreciate that and they need to work to get rid of inquiries as that is also a serious issue that consumers and business alike need help with and they claim they don't do that. I got rid of them after all that time and money waste and they need major improvements or go out of business for good!!
