They lied to me and promised five or six unique enterprise quality services after losing 17000 in damages to the murai virus in the hands of a really talented hacker. They knew my situation and when I really needed them they shut me down by saying you knew we only did credit repair. What makes it worse is because of that lie I didn't have services in place and suffered more damages to my identity because I believed I didn't have to be on top of it paying Lexington damn near 400 a month. It's a messed up, predatory game, credit. EDIT: I did end up reporting them to the state's consumer fraud agency because they have the initial conversation, terms, and conditions recorded. If they had to hand that over they'd be shut down.

I can just tell you about Lexington law. . What they did for me was got my score up from 481 to 528 in about two weeks and they say it will go up a lot more in about two months and that's promising news to me and I choose to believe what they are saying because they have proven it me .

Professional, efficient, effective, compassionate and on the mark...best thing I've done for myself. Their guidance is exceptional...thank you...

Lexington Law's credit repair services are good - not great, though. They need a more user-friendly website, for starters. They also need to improve on communication with clients. It would be better if each client were a dedicated person at the firm assigned to each case so that clients do not have to explain things over and over again to several different paralegals. Also, the "upload docs" function on the site needs explaining. I uploaded docs pertinent to one of my cases and never received a call back about it, further instructions, an email... nothing! So Lex Law "sat" on it for more than a month until I finally called and basically told them what needed to be done with the docs I sent and which case it applied to. The good news is, the staff is helpful and friendly for the most part and complaints/concerns are handled promptly and their services DO PRODUCE RESULTS (I've had about 22 items removed from my credit report in the 9 months I've been a client). However, much more can be accomplished for the money if the process were more streamlined... Please note my suggestions/concerns above as to specific issues. Overall, it's a good value but would be an even better value if prices were either lowered to reflect the issues or more streamlined service were available with the "premier" accounts. I would recommend this company to assist you with credit repair services, with the caveats aforementioned noted, of course. :)

I was directed to Lexington Law from a place I was trying to get financing for.. They started right away, accomplished a lot for me. I wish I could have stayed with them to finish, however I have a lot going on and finances are the problem. They managed to help quite welll. I wish I could have had them continue and finish what they started, But, because I couldn't afford them right now that is on hold ;-(
