I am very disappointed with the service that I received from Lexington Law Firm. My wife and I signed up for the service together that was suppose to be discounted. This is the worse service my wife and I have ever went through. Needless to say I was charged full price for both of our accounts that were suppose to be a family package and they so called couldn't find her account after I was charged. After all the advertising that is shown, you would think that there customer service would be up to par. Everytime I speak to a representative I am being told different things and they are very rude. None of the call centers/representatives are on the same page. After the first month of confusing, wrong pricing, and nothing being solved. I thought things would get better the second month after complaining but nothing happened. After 2 months I cancelled my service and was still charged full price after being told it would be discounted because of the touble that I went through the first month. I do understand credit repair takes time, which is not the problem in this case. The problem is the communication and overcharging. Never again will I ever mention Lexington Law firm to anyone or go through them. Completely unsatisfied.

I can not give a star. They refuse to cancel when asked to and told me they can not do so. they said that I am not able to yet they say I can cancel at any time. I had financial issues happen that I was not able to pay anything before they began my case. Yet I can not cancel. Now there has been charges to my account that they authorized for me which I did not authorized. They have now made me loose a job because they took money out of my account and I could not afford to get to the job. I am highly pissed off and right now my opinion on them sucks. SO because I had to give them a rating it is one star. but to me they do not even deserve that. Oh and not to mention since they sent letters to creditors for me as they put it I have gotten more harrasing calls then I did before. I am going to have to change my number now because these calls are on a 24 hour bases and I can not keep phone on for emergencies at night because they do not stop calling. they made things worse for me. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

save your MONEY, This company is a SCAM. I've been with them for a year $100 a month NO CHANGES and every time i try to cancel the service they keep promising me with extra work to help fixing my credit. tried to cancel 3 times when they see me insist they started (System is down Blah blah blah) i had to speak in a bad way to get them to cancel the service. SAVE YOUR MONEY IT'S A SCAM

I give them one star I have paid over 700 dollars to them and they haven't done one thing at all... haven't helped me one bit I've done everything.

One of the worst places I've dealt with they rob you of your money and then they refused to give it back!!!!!

I was referred to this firm through a lending company. My understanding was that they would help me get a loan by working with lenders. No such luck. I have been rejected for multiple loans since hiring them. I called to get a refund, and they refused to give me one, basically admitting that despite being told something completely different, they were going to keep my money anyway. So they basically admitted that they make a living by scamming consumers. Do not hire them!

When a LAW firm denies you your 1st amendment rights. It's TIME for the BBB to step in. Don't use unless you want your bank account raped and that's it 😂😂 they won't help you but they sure will email you premade templates to make you feel like that are. So DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

Just got off the phone with these people. Did not do anything on my case but still charged me 100 dollars. Asked for a refund of this last payment that was took yesterday and they would not give me a refund. I advice you to go other places that actually do the work for the price..

I firmly believe these guys are a scam. My credit score decreased instead of increasing. After requesting them to focus on certain items, they never did. Try calling, better plan on 1 to 2 hours of your time. Look elsewhere or fix it on your own, they aren't worth the money, time or hassle.

Guys never subscribe I lost 2 Months subscription money $119 .I had only 2 late item .they were not able to remove anything. They disputed ,result not able to remove anything. You could dispute yourself, before i disputed myself got no result, I thought Lexington law could help me.i was wrong lost money .another point to remember when I cancel they told me they will charge me another month .I ask them why they said it's in their agreement. Please guy don't waste your money .the people who gave good review they work for Lexington law .save your money .

Took money from my account when I didn't renew. And because they brag that they are a law firm and there's nothing that I could do.

There services actually decreased my credit score by 40 PTS. They dig up all your old negative items and work hand in hand with creditors (sending generic letters on your behalf) and collection agencies. BEWARE!! They don't refund anything! And will give you a hard time cancelling their services.
