FRAUD!!! The worst company I've ever dealt with. Only had one removal in the 5 months I had their service. They said if you cancel call at least three days before your next bill is due and they won't charge you but they're gonna try to charge me anyway. Customer service is terrible. They just take advantage of people and tell people what they want to hear until they get your moneym

If I could give less I would. What a waste of money! I had 2 late payments from a consigned loan and 2 other minor issues that were minor After 4 months, I'm pretty convinced they did absolutely nothing. Come to find out they charged me for a service I didn't need and had an agreement with the bank I had the loan with not to pursue any issues. Avoid!!!!!!

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!!
These people are rude and will try to steal your money.
Everytime you call you have to speak to someone different like a phone company. If I could give this company negative stars I would.
The worst customer service and the most rude people I have ever dealt with. They are nice up until they charge your credit card and then the turn into the devil. Screaming and yelling at the customer. Get a real lawyer to help you don't go to this company!

Horrible, waste of money. They don't count one "collection" as dispute, they count one collection as three things, because it takes them three months to remove one thing from all three credit bureau's. Sucks, cancelled.

Changing my initial review.... First month while paying the premium package ($120) they removed 6-7 inquiries from my report. I got excited and wrote a 5star positive review. 1 month later... All of the inquiries appeared back on my CR. Since then (which has been 4 months) they havent removed anything

I've been with them for about 5 months and I've only had 2 things removed from my credit. Im trying to hang in there and be patient but im begining to get discouraged i dont even have that many things on there for it to take so long

I had a very bad experience with them!. I had only one lat payment 6 years old. I was paying $90 a month for 4 months but they didn't do anything. WILL NOT RECOMMEND..!
