Pros
1
Excellent customer service and responsiveness from the attorneys
“I imagined hiring a lawyer would be a nightmare. I was impressed by the transparency, responsiveness, and guidance of Nicole Salazar-Hall and her Legal Assistant Shauna Beckstead.”
2
Knowledgeable and personable attorneys who provide sound legal advice
“Attorney Shaunda L. McNeill is by far one of the greatest attorneys that I have had the privilege to work with. From our very first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms that I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.”
3
Attorneys who are willing to fight for their clients and achieve favorable outcomes
“The type of firm and attorneys that care about making a difference. I had hundreds of doors slammed in my face and little hope when Brandon Mark took my case. Along with his incredible team, they worked hard for years and got a verdict that was not only huge (1.7M), but was the first of its kind and expanded discrimination protections for women.”
Cons
1
Poor customer service and unethical behavior from some attorneys
“Terrible customer service. Screwed over several people I know.”
2
Lack of success in winning cases despite filing a lot
“If you want them to win a case for you however, that is where they lack. They file a lot, but don't succeed in much other than waste your money but at least you get screwed in more ways than one.”
3
Attorneys who prioritize their own interests over their clients' interests
“All that Parsons and the three attorneys needed to say last March is 'sorry; we have a conflict of interest'. But chose instead to breach their fiduciary duty to me and my daughters in favor of apparently keeping their fiduciary duty to the most prestigious religiously affiliated law firm in Utah.”
