I just enjoyed my baby girls first school special for veterans day. They are called "special" for good reason, it brought tears to my eyes. She is truly my whole world, the light in my life, my happiness. I have told Scott and Mark many times over the years how much I appreciate what they were able to accomplish for me, but it's past due on giving them a public Thank You So Much! The best money I ever spent was hiring Wiser & Wiser Family Law to make sure I received my equal rights. From my daughter's birth I have had equality at its finest. They have been achieving such great results that it may seem like the standard now, but even 5 years ago expecting equality in custody and care of your child was to also expect a fight to achieve that. I wanted no more, and would accept no less, than exactly fair or equal, and they got me exactly that. We share joint legal/physical custody, alternate holidays, share all expenses, alternate claiming her on taxes, separate vacation time for each of us, we have decision making and other considerations written in while allowing room for mutually agreed upon alterations. I am so greatful! I can understand how different things could have been. Thank You! And God bless you both!

Many in this industry take your money, and then take the easiest way out. Wiser and Wiser refused to accept mediocrity. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm in the middle of trying to get split physical custody of my children. Mark got me joint custody at a temporary orders hearing and I don't see that changing. Things are looking very good for my side. I've been very happy with Mark and Scott. We mediated our case a few days ago. I got a 50/50 split custody agreement with regards to my two children as a result of the major victory these guys got for us at the previous trial. I have no words that could begin to describe how this effects my two children, my wife and myself. After 6 years of minimum visitation I'm finally a father! Best money I've ever spent! Thank you
