I retained Steven to represent me in eminent domain proceedings with UDOT. He did a fantastic job and was able to get me more compensation than I expected. His rates are fair, his communication was great, and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended

For a condemnation problem I had with UDOT, I feel that Steven Joffee secured the best possible result, under the circumstances. He was efficient, and very knowledgeable about how to work with the parties involved.
