I highly recommend Scott Young!! I asked for this opportunity to leave a review for Scott. He is a man of Integrity. I appreciated not being overcharged for unneeded services. We were involved in this case for two and a half years with the looming threat of losing what little we had. But not once did I ever feel like I was being neglected or that I was just another client. I received needed updates. My perspective was well received and professionally represented. Because of Scott and his team, and fasting and prayer, and their thorough research and professional presentation, my life and the lives of my family’s have been blessed in ways difficult to measure. Worked with Robert Cummings to resolve fraud on my mother's estate. He was very capable and a great attorney. I highly recommend him for anyone needing help in resolving legal troubles.

This is regarding their St. George office. My grandmother died Dec. 20th. My mom was named First Trustee and Executor but Mr. Awerkamp would only speak to the second trustee, my aunt. My aunt does not abide by the written wishes of my grandmother and won't acknowledge my mother. Shes never spoken to him, so theres no reason he would dislike her. Finally, because my grandmother died on December 20th, the lawyer would not even meet with my aunt (not my mom) until January 4th! Unprofessional, not abiding by will. Please dont trust your affairs in the hands of this man.

This firm has very intelligent attorneys. It is a highly respected firm with a great reputation. I worked with Derek Williams in a medical malpractice case. He was the opposing counsel defending the doctors. His knowledge of medical malpractice defense is better than any attorney I have ever come across. He also was willing, and did, teach the plaintiff about malpractice law. All of the attorneys that I have worked withaat SCM have all been agreeable and easy to work with. They are highly responsive to emails and voicemails. Their support staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. This firm is good and they know they are good. I highly recommend this firm.
